Customers can expect to have a certified technician arrive on time for all service calls. Equipment will be vacuumed, cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated as per the manufacturer's specifications. In addition to routine maintenance, fitness equipment will be diagnosed for any unforeseen problems. If parts are needed to make repairs, a quote will be provided to reflect the cost of a future service appointment. A one hour window of time is allotted per service call. Additional equipment to be serviced while a technician is on site will be priced at $75/unit. Service call prices vary depending on customer location.
