We offer quick turnaround service calls and we deal directly with the manufacturer for part replacement and repair.


We are experienced with many different types of equipment including but not limited to treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and weight machines. We take care of the periodic maintenance of both home and gym machines.


We are located in West Haven, CT and perform service calls throughout all of CT. We also arrange service contracts with corporate sites within the tristate area (Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York).

Plan Rate
Preventative Maintenance Plan Base cost:
$175 (in CT)
$250 (in NY, MA)
If parts are needed to repair the unit and they are on hand, we will make the repairs right then Base cost + cost of parts
If parts are needed to repair the unit and they aren't on hand, Just Call Jason will write up a repair quote which includes the price of the parts needed plus additional labor costs to install the parts should the customer approve the repairs. A return visit will be necessary. Base cost + $175 + cost of parts + labor

Business Owners


Plan Rate
Service Contract: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or customized checkups where equipment is maintained and problems are addressed. Cost of parts and additional labor are extra. Contract is custom tailored to your site and your needs Depends on size of site,

Preventative Maintenance Service Call

A qualified technician arrives at your home, opens the machine, vacuums, cleans, lubricates, and calibrates it to factory specifications.

If you are having trouble with the machine, we will figure out what is wrong with it. If we can fix the problem by making adjustments or reconnecting parts, we will be happy to perform those repairs at no extra cost.

If parts are needed to repair the unit and the product is still supported, we will submit a repair quote to you. There will be an additional cost for the parts and the accompanying service call to make the final repair.
